Established in 2015, Dynamoney was created to bridge the gap in the Finance Industry by offering a wide range of products all in one place, so you won’t have to shop anywhere else. We’re passionate about taking the stress off businesses, so you can spend your time on what matters.

David Verschoor

Executive Director

The co-founder of Dynamoney, David brings 25 years of experience in investment banking and finance. David’s career spans credit and debt market roles across Australia and Asia with Westpac, BNP Paribas, and Natixis.

At Natixis, David was Head of Global Market Sales where he established Natixis’ Australian Asset Backed Securitisation business and completed several Residential Mortgage-Backed and Asset Backed Securities in both warehouse and public bond formats

David has a Bachelor of Science majoring in information Technology, a Master of Applied Finance and Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking

Andrew McVeigh

Chief Financial Officer

Andrew has extensive financial management experience, knowledge and know how. His career to date spanning funds management, corporate taxation, audit, and business services within the financial industry.

With a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and a Master’s in Finance, he has held top positions within Brookfield Asset Management across both the Australian and Asian markets. From CFO of Asia-Pacific for Brookfield Property and Private Equity Group for Asia-Pacific to numerous roles in Group Finance, External Investments, Infrastructure and Commercial Properties.

As an active member of the industry, he has served on the CFO Round-Table and the National Accounting Round-Table for the Property Council of Australia, as well as a Steering Committee Member for the Bachelor of Accounting Scholarship conducted by The University of Technology Sydney.

Joe Woo

Chief Technology Officer

Joe is a CFA charterholder and has more than 17 years of experience in the Financial Service industry, working across the B2B as well as B2C markets, specializing in IT, risk management and data analysis

Before joining Dynamoney, Joe was the Head of Risk Analytics in Eclipx Group and the Senior Risk Advisor for Model Risk Management in Ant Financial.

He is passionate about delivering simple product solutions that provide our customers with a great experience.

Vlad Giliadov

Chief Risk Officer

Vlad has over 15 years’ experience in business lending across small business, midmarket, and corporate sectors with specific focus on equipment finance and working capital financing

Prior to joining Dynamoney, Vlad held Head of Credit positions at specialist multiproduct SME lender Get Capital and Flexigroup’s business equipment finance division FlexiCommercial overseeing considerable growth in assets, as well as Senior Underwriting role at Maia Financial focusing on large/complex operating lease transactions.

He is passionate about using his knowledge and experience to help SME’s solve problems and Dynamoney. In addition, Vlad also enjoys coaching and mentoring to create high performing teams

Brett Cheal

Managing Partner, Asset Finance

Brett has over 15 years’ of Asset Finance experience, and worked in various sales leadership positions within private and publicly listed non-bank financiers. He has a proven tract record of developing vendor and third-party financing verticals

Before joining Dynamoney, Brett was Head of Vendor & Intermediary Finance and Senior Director of Sales at Maia Financial, Associate Director at Eclipx Commercial and Sales & Operations Manager at Flexi Commercial.

He is passionate about creating growth opportunities for clients, peers, and business partners.

James Ross

Chief Operating Officer

James has over 15 years’ experience in the asset finance industry working previously for the Macquarie Group. Specialising in Credit analysis, sales management, and regulatory implementation, he has worked across the country and posses a diverse skill set that assists in providing bespoke solutions to his customers

Gregory Woszczalski

Executive Chairman

Founding director of Dynamoney, Greg brings more than 20 years of finance and SME lending experience.

Greg’s background in SME’s goes back to the early 2000’s as a founding partner of 180 Group (an invoice finance specialist lender) which was successfully divested to AXS listed CML in 2016.

Greg takes pride in providing SME’s flexible funding solutions through leadership, understanding and most importantly knowledge. Greg started Dynamoney in 2015 and together with fellow director David has now built the group to over 60 staff covering all states and territories in Australia
